If the package shows significant damage with which it is believed that the product may have suffered damage, it must be rejected and SAFARI ACCESORIOS must be notified immediately. Return of Merchandise: The end user has the right to request the return of a product purchased in SAFARI ACCESORIOS for repentance of the purchase within a maximum period of 8 days after receiving it. After 8 days SAFARI ACCESORIOS reserves the right to accept or not the return of the product. The end user has the obligation to notify SAFARI ACCESORIOS about the intention to return the product by generating a return request to our email Proyectos@safariaccesorios.com. The rejection of the package at the time of delivery of the product is not considered valid and sufficient. The end user will assume the management and shipping costs for the return of the product in case of repentance. Likewise, all returned product will suffer a depreciation in value and said depreciation will be assumed by the end user. The depreciation of the value of the product will be stipulated by SAFARI ACCESORIOS. The return will be made under the conditions assigned and notified in the acceptance of the return request. Defective material at the time of receipt: If the material is defective, a request for the return of the product must be made to Proyectos@safariaccesorios.com. Once the return of the product has been assigned, the product will be sent to SAFARI ACCESORIOS as indicated, with its original packaging, original manuals and accessories and with its corresponding return number visible on the outside of the packaging. Defective material in warranty period: In case of defective material within the warranty period, the warranty management will be accepted. Your original packaging, manuals or accessories will not be necessary. Once assigned, the return of the product will be sent to SAFARI ACCESORIOS according to indications, within a maximum period of 7 days. On the outside of the packaging, the return acceptance mail must be recorded.
