Shipping: The shipping cost is FREE, once the payment is confirmed. Safari Accesorios assumes 100% of the shipping cost. The delivery time can vary between 5-7 business days, depending on the delivery city, transport company and vehicle availability.

Installation: Your vehicle must have a 2" inch Receiver for the trailer hitch.

Application: Please check the application of your truck before placing the order. Reception of the Merchandise: It is an indispensable condition that at the moment of the reception of the merchandise, it is indicated in the document that the carrier is signed, any incident that may be in the state of the same or of the packaging and communicated to SAFARI ACCESORIOS incidence by e-mail to proyectos@safariaccesorios.com within a maximum period of 24 hours from the reception of the package. If the package shows significant damages with which it is believed that the product may have suffered damages, it must be rejected and SAFARI ACCESORIOS must be notified immediately. Return of Merchandise: The end user has the right to request the return of a product purchased in SAFARI ACCESORIOS by repentance of the purchase within a maximum period of 8 days after receipt of the same. After 8 days, SAFARI ACCESORIOS reserves the right to admit or not return the product. The end user has the obligation to notify SAFARI ACCESORIOS about the intention of returning the product generating a return request to our email proyectos@safariaccesorios.com. The rejection of the package at the time of delivery of the product is not considered valid and sufficient. The final user will assume the management and shipping costs for the return of the product in case of repentance. Likewise, any returned product will suffer a depreciation in its value and said depreciation will be assumed by the end user. The depreciation of the value of the product will be stipulated by SAFARI ACCESORIOS. The return will be made under the conditions assigned and notified in the acceptance of the return request. Defective material at the time of receipt of the same: If the material is defective you must make a request for return of the product to proyectos@safariaccesorios.com. Once assigned product return, the product will be sent to SAFARI ACCESSORIES according to indications, with its original packaging, original manuals and accessories and with its corresponding return number visible on the outside of the packaging. Defective material in warranty period: In case of defective material within the warranty period, warranty management will be accepted. Your original packaging, manuals or accessories will not be necessary. Once assigned the return of the product will be sent to SAFARI ACCESSORIES according to indications, in a maximum period of 7 days. The return acceptance mail must appear on the outside of the packaging.
